How much is shipping?
Regular Royal Mail First Class shipping starts at only a £2.49 within the U.K. However if you want First Class Signed and Tracked, that starts at £4.49. If your order is £60 or more, regular First Class shipping is FREE!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! Whether you're in France or Australia, you only pay £13.99 for international tracked shipping, this can fit up to twenty A5 prints! It is a great deal if you want to do a spending spree.
When do you ship?
I will ship ASAP on a weekday, you will receive a 'shipped' email once sent. Please be patient when it comes to me shipping your order. Thank you!
Do you do refunds?
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds, as I am an independent artist and do everything on my own, your support and purchases helps with the little things like bills. This is also a key reason why I offer tracked shipping, if your order hasn't arrived please check your tracking number.
My order has not arrived!
If there is a possible delay, and you have chosen signed and tracked shipping, please use your tracking number to contact your specified courier and they should be able to help you. If you are in the UK and chose regular First Class shipping, I am unable to help you, as once everything is shipped I am not responsible for any delays.
Do you sell the frames in the photos?
All prints sold do not come with frames. The prices are for the print/s only. If you like frames like these I recommend eBay, The Range or your local charity/thrift store. Or supporting another small business who do sell similar frames.
Do you have any deals/discounts on?
There is FREE regular First Class shipping if you spend £60 or more (U.K. customers only). If you spend £40+ you receive a free sticker of my choice, I will make it match closest to your order.
How do I not miss any news and stay updated?
Best is to follow me via all social media platforms, which are Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok (however my TikTok is rarely updated). I post on my Instagram story frequently and daily. For event info, you can always keep popping back via this site and under my About section.
